The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your xbet ph balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. xbet ph does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name – third-party deposits are not permitted.
You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. xbet ph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error – for example, decimal odds that were inverted, displayed with typographical errors, or set at prices inconsistent with the market. During a freeze, the player will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. xbet ph will complete investigations as promptly as reasonably possible and communicate outcomes to the affected player.
Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@xbetph.net. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification, subject to KYC requirements being met.
